My style
I provide psychotherapy for couples, families, individuals, and adolescents, practicing from a collaborative and holistic perspective. My belief in the mind-body connection led me to integrate yoga philosophy, drawn from my experience as a Registered Yoga Teacher, and mindfulness techniques into my therapeutic approach. Through mindfulness, clients learn to connect with themselves and others, fostering compassion, empowerment, and equilibrium. Adopting a client-centered approach, I emphasize individual strengths, guiding clients to leverage these attributes for transformative change. My therapeutic toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness for Couples, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I’ve worked extensively with individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, marital/family discord, infidelity, grief/loss, and navigating challenging life transitions.
