Our Thoughts

I became licensed as a clinical therapist in Alabama in 2006, and in North Carolina in 2007 when I returned to the area. I practiced as a solo clinician for 15 years (until a 2022 kick in the backside sabbatical), and I will be the first to say, I was sure missing out on the group practice experience! Now, to work each day with 15 of the most highly skilled, intelligent, emotionally attuned, and similarly valued individuals is rare. It is a gift. And I am honored to be a part of this team.

Below you will get a window into their hearts through their writing. And if we can’t be so lucky as to sit across from them and glean all of their wisdom, this might be just enough to help us in parenting, relationships, the good and the hard, and in getting to tomorrow. Be well, friends, grab your favorite coffee, and sit a spell. Their words do not disappoint. - Jenn Birch, Owner
